The research objective is to know the rank of State Universities in Indonesia and its library by
using Webometrics Ranking of World Universities and Web Impact Factor parameter, then analyze
correlation between the rank of State Universities in Indonesia and its library rank from both of
parameters and also analyze correlation between WRWU rank with WIF rank at the State University
Libraries in Indonesia. This research used quantitative approach by means of webometrics analysis
technical with using WRWU and WIF parameter. Research of population is all State Universities
in Indonesia with sample 49 domain sites of University and its library. Data was obtained through
search engine on May 19 th 2011. This result shows that the highest rank based of WRWU parameter
for State University is The University of Gadjah Mada and for the library is Diponegoro University
Library. The highest rank based of WIF parameter is State University of Surabaya while for library
is the Library of Bengkulu University. The result of Correlations analysis shows that there is strong
relation between the rank of State Universities in Indonesia with its library rank based of WRWU
parameter, there is very low relation between the rank of State Universities in Indonesia with the
rank its library based of WIF parameter and also there is significant relationship between the rank of
WRWU parameter with WIF parameter of State Universities Libraries in Indonesia.
