The teaching and“learning process needs to consider aspects of future needs. Nation Indonesia..needs a
generation..that..is..noble creative, innovative, critical, intelligent and finished. The..learning...model is
the practice of implementing systematic learning..that can be applied to instill the nation's..character. It is
ironic if there are still educators who have not been able to understand well the interactive learning
models that can be applied in the classroom. Workshops on interactive learning models need to be
launched to improve the..quality of teachers in learning. The purpose of this service is to train the teachers
of SDN 11 Banda Aceh in the application of interactive learning models in the classroom. This service
activity is carried out with the method of implementing..action research which includes the planning
implementation observation and evaluation stages, as well as program reflection. The results obtained are
that the teachers”of SDN 11 Banda Aceh can master and apply interactive learning models in the
classroom. This workshop is carried out through the provision of materials and direct simulation of the
application of the learning model. These activities have an impact on the teaching skills of SDN 11 Banda
Aceh teachers in implementing active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning. These activities
are going well and need to be developed at various levels of schools in Banda Aceh in order to improve
the quality of educators.”.
