Abstract
Libraries, as centers of information and knowledge, make the main activity carried out
by knowledge management. Knowledge management will take place well, depending
on the organizational culture created in a library. A systematic literature review
analysis was conducted to determine the author's interest in researching knowledge
management and corporate culture in libraries. The research method was descriptive
qualitative with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The library's documents
related to knowledge management and organizational culture were captured in 36
papers in the last five years (2019-2023) using POP and PRISMA 2000, then processed
using the Vosviewer application. The results stated that researchers in the field of
library science are interested in researching knowledge management and
organizational culture. Generally, the libraries used as case studies are university
libraries. Nevertheless, research on this subject is still exciting, such as knowledge
management based on shared culture, work motivation, and local wisdom.
