Abstract
This study aims to find out: 1) does Halal Product Knowledge have a significant effect on Halal Product Intention,
2) does Halal Product Knowledge have a significant effect on Halal Product Awareness, 3) does Halal Product
Awareness have a significant effect on Halal Product Intention. This study's population were consumers who had
visited the restaurant Lamun Ombak, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling uses a non-probability sampling
technique. Data collection technique using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data processing using the
SEM-PLS test analysis technique. The result of this study indicates that 1) Halal Product Knowledge (X) has a
significant effect on Halal Product Intention (Y) at the restaurant Lamun Ombak, 2) Halal Product Knowledge (X)
has a significant effect on Halal Product Awareness (Z) at the restaurant Lamun Ombak, 3) Halal Product
Awareness (Z) has a significant effect on Halal Product Intention (Y) at the restaurant Lamun Ombak.
