Abstract

The professionalism of a librarian and the challenges in the era of the industrial
revolution 4.0, which in this era really demands the skills of a librarian in utilizing the
sophistication of existing technology. Also, being able to minimize risks and face the
challenges posed by this era of the industrial revolution 4.0 - so that the functions and
objectives of the library can be achieved
